Research

Kozishek’s research interests include: integrating the medical humanities into health care professions education; the role that meaning, emotion, and interpretation play in the practice of medicine; spirituality in health care; and mind-body medicine. He has also done extensive research on the historical roots and evolution of The American Society for Bioethics and Humanities, and on ethical and humanistic questions in aerospace medicine and space exploration.
